“The leader of a criminal organization who targeted casinos with card cheating schemes across the country was sentenced Monday to 70 months in prison. Phuong Quoc Truong was sentenced in San Diego for his role in a scheme by the ‘Tran Organization’ to cheat casinos across the United States, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.
