Text of a press release concerning the complaint filed with the International Criminal Court by Professor Francis A. Boyle of the University of Illinois College of Law versus George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, George Tenet, Condoleezza Rice, and Alberto Gonzales. The complaint specifies alleged crimes against humanity and claims that the although the US is not party to the treaty empowering the ICC, the ICC has jurisdiction since the alleged crimes involved member states.
