“Last year, the U.S. Supreme Court correctly ruled in District of Columbia v. Heller that the Second Amendment is a personal right. That was a huge victory for freedom-loving Americans. Unfortunately, the court did not address the matter of whether the Second Amendment only restricted the power of the federal government or if it should apply to state and city laws as well.
