“Despite spending last week looking at what role the government should or should not have with this country’s private and public educational systems, there was another story quietly making headlines that could potentially cause some big problems down the road for homeschoolers. In a world where people are constantly complaining about what rights the government actually has, I’m really shocked by the lack of concern over a recent court decision coming out of California.
