Some libertarians participate in the political process with gusto; some do so as a means of self-defense; some decline to at all; and some condemn those who do. Question: If one manages to get elected or appointed to public office — anything from school board to draft board to congresscritter — is it worth it from a perspective of protecting or increasing freedom?
