This was done not by Osama bin Laden or Saddam Hussein, but by GWB and the U.S. government. We have seen this in the USA Patriot Act, warrantless domestic spying, horrendously intrusive airport security, torture of prisoners and, now, the Military Commissions Act of 2006. (MCA 2006) ….
